My name is Robert Sanders, form Apple Valley. Tom Watson, from Watson Home Inspection Services, LLC. inspected my home. Tom was very thorough and inspected every aspect of my home. Tom prepared a detailed report that was easy to read and included color photos. Tom also explained to me the areas of concern and told me why it was a problem. Tom also helped me to understand how to maintain my home to avoid major repairs in the future.

I recently received a phone call from my mother, she explained to me that a contractor had told her, that her home needed a large amount of repairs including a new roof. Being that my mother is elderly and that my late father had taken very good care of their home, I felt that this contractor may be trying to take advantage of my mother. I contacted Tom and explained this situation to him and asked if he could do an inspection on my mother's house. Tom did a thorough inspection and again prepared a detailed report. Tom did find that my mother's house needed some minor repairs, but nothing near what the contractor was saying it needed. Tom saved my mother a large amount of money and gave my mother and I a great peace of mind. Tom is a great inspector and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good inspector who is knowledgeable with great attention to detail.
