We have completed many different types of inspections.  Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing.  We will notify the client of any item that is noted.  We provide quality color photos with every inspection. We will walk you through the house and explain everything that will be in the report so you will understand every item by the time we are finished.

My Qualifications

Your inspectors have received training and certification through ICA (Inspection Certification Associates). ICA is one of the largest most recognized home inspection training institutes. ICA is recognized by AHSI, NAHI and CREIA inspection organizations. Your inspector (Curtis Williams) is a CREIA (California Real Estate Inspectors Association) Associate. Home inspection is a career that requires continued training. Your inspectors continue to train to stay at the top so they can provide you with the most thorough inspection.

Your inspector offer over 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial building maintenance. Both inspector have supervised numerous staff member and understand customer service. The inspectors offer years of experience in both residential and commercial construction.  We are certified pool inspectors through the National Swimming Pool Foundation.
